Auxiliary News - April 2008

 
Santa Clara Unit 419 Members, I need your help to finish this year at 100%. We have lost many members to that unit on high. Now we need to ask ourselves if we believe in the American Auxiliary and the good that is does. We all must ask friends and family to join us in helping Veterans and their families. Pay your dues, sign up your daughters, and especially your grand daughters, Juniors are only $3. If you are ill or know a member who is ill, please let the Chaplain, Linda McHaffie know.

Please remember that the Unit Meeting is at 7:00 PM on the first Wed of the month. We have been seeing many new faces at the meeting which is wonderful. It would great to see more of you at the meetings. Officers for next year will be a major point of this months meeting. Don’t forget that next month is Memorial Day and we will be placing wreaths at both Santa Clara cemeteries.

We lost a good friend of the Unit in March, Jerri Jeske, Past Department President. Please remember her and all deceased members in your prayers.
